Served as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), supporting the Dean in shaping and overseeing the strategic direction of Birmingham Business School. Contributed to the integration of responsible business principles across research, teaching, faculty development, and professional services, ensuring alignment with the School’s academic mission and external accreditation frameworks.
Played a key role in implementing the School’s Framework of Educational Resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020–2021), supporting continuity of teaching delivery, staff engagement, and student experience during a period of institutional disruption.
